WatchPAT ONE – Home Sleep Apnea Test

The WatchPAT ONE is a single-use, at-home sleep apnea screening test that uses PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tonometry) technology to analyze your sleep with up to 95% accuracy, compared to a laboratory sleep study (polysomnography).

Easy to use and completely disposable, this device allows for a complete sleep study to be carried out at home in a single night.

Advanced Technology

The WatchPAT ONE measures 7 physiological parameters from 3 points of contact (wrist, finger and chest):

PAT signal (peripheral arterial tonometry)
Heart rate
Oxygen saturation
Actigraphy (movements)
Body position
Snoring
Thoracic movement

This data allows for a precise evaluation of:

the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI)
the respiratory disturbance index (RDI)
sleep phases
sleep efficiency
sleep latency and REM sleep

The analysis is based on actual sleep time , which helps reduce the risk of misdiagnosis.
