Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused item in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. The return will be eligible for a refund according to the original payment method, subject to a $15 deduction to cover shipping costs. Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired product as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the item you purchased and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or defective products
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the details of your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
