Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping : Free for orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, a $15 shipping fee will be applied. Delivery time is 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping : Option available for $20, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Order Tracking
Each order shipped is accompanied by a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any questions or concerns regarding tracking, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@laboiteacpap.ca.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to meet delivery deadlines. However, delays may occur due to external factors (bad weather, strikes, etc.). In this case, we will notify you promptly and do our best to resolve the situation.
Receiving orders
Upon receipt of your package, we advise you to check the condition of the items. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us immediately at info@laboiteacpap.ca, attaching photos to facilitate the processing of your request.
