Warranty Policy


If a product you have purchased has manufacturing defects or malfunctions, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to identify the problem and, if necessary, replace or repair the product under warranty. All warranty periods begin on the date of delivery. For all other products not specified, please contact us for additional assistance.

  • Masks and Accessories (including tubing, humidifier chambers, pillows, headgear, and cables): The warranty period is 90 days.
    Note: ResMed offers a manufacturer's warranty of only 7 days on all AirTouch pillows. ResMed recommends replacing AirTouch cushions every 1 to 2 months.
  • Power supply: The warranty period is 1 year.
  • CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP machines: The warranty period is 3 years or 5 years, depending on the package purchased. For more information, please contact us directly. Only the original customer is covered by this warranty. This warranty is not transferable. In the event of product failure under normal use, La Boite à CPAP, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective product or any part.
  • Medistrom batteries: The warranty period is 1 year.
