Like all silicone cushions, the Siesta 2's wears out from contact with natural skin oils: the material softens, and the seal gradually degrades, leading to leaks and loss of effectiveness. For optimal hygiene and performance, replace your nasal cushion every 3 to 6 months. Good news: since the Siesta 2 frame is universal, only the cushion needs to be replaced, even if your size changes.
