The ResMed AirSense 11 power supply is designed to work with the ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP device line. This external power supply automatically adjusts the voltage to meet the standards of most countries. It is the only model recommended for ResMed AirSense 11 devices used to treat sleep apnea.
Using a non-ResMed power supply with ResMed CPAP/APAP/BIPAP devices may damage the device and void the manufacturer's warranty.
